Submit Manuscript Now

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively via the IJPACM 5-Step Online Submission Wizard. Submissions sent via email are not accepted.

Pre-Submission Checklist:

✓ The submission has not been previously published nor is it before another journal for consideration.
✓ The manuscript file is provided in PDF and LaTeX format (or MS Word conforming to standard math styles).
✓ All author identifying information has been removed from the main manuscript file to guarantee double-blind peer review.
✓ Complete metadata including structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions), keywords, and ORCID IDs are prepared.
Preparation

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts must represent original, unpublished research not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere. Authors are invited to submit their papers prepared in standard LaTeX (preferred) or Microsoft Word format.

Papers must include an informative abstract, keywords, AMS subject classification numbers, full institutional affiliations, and standard numbered references. Supplementary computational code and datasets must be deposited in open repositories with persistent DOIs.

Peer Review

Reviewer Guidelines

Referees are requested to provide constructive, rigorous, and timely evaluations of assigned manuscripts. Reviews should assess mathematical proofs for soundness, evaluate computational experiments for reproducibility, and highlight potential literature gaps.

Reviewers must treat the manuscript as confidential privileged material and recuse themselves immediately if any financial or institutional conflict of interest exists.

Open Access Model

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support open-access publication and sustainable peer-review infrastructure, IJPACM charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $650 USD upon formal acceptance of a manuscript. There are no submission fees.

Fee waivers and substantial discounts are automatically granted to corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low-income and developing nations as defined by the World Bank.
